Your calorie intake, fats, are some of the likely foods that attract flesh to your hips. If you are okay with this, then consume more of those healthy carbs such as brown rice, pastas, sweet potatoes, bread etc.

  • Hormones(Estrogen)

The female hormones especially, estrogen, can make a woman to start getting wider hips. This usually happens as a result of hormonal imbalance which needs to be corrected.

Your hips getting wider may be caused by unwanted water retention. It is important you see a doctor if you are having hormonal imbalance issues.
