Return and Exchange Policy
Our customers’ satisfaction is our main goal and so we are glad to accept your returns for exchange.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us within 0-2 days (48 hours max) by email to email@example.com from the time of delivery; for store credit of item full value to repurchase a new item.
However, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are accepted if sent back to us within 14 to 30 days from the delivery date.
Where a customer fails to contact us via email as stipulated on the expiration of 48 hours prior to sending the item back to us, then acceptance of the return is at the sole discretion of Widerhips.com as to whether or not to accept and replace the item or even issue a refund.
The cost of the return & re-delivery is the customer’s sole responsibility. This applies to a case where a customer made a wrong size selection and wants a replacement or an exchange.
It will be the responsibility of the customer to care and ensure that a returning item reaches us in good condition.
An exchange can be done if your order has not yet shipped, and the product you are exchanging is of equal value. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept return on products that are intimate.
We will not accept returns for any of the following product:
- Butt lifters
- Worn or Used Items
- Damaged items
- An item with Removed tags
- Removed From Original packaging
Cancellation of order.
Widerhips.com reserves the right to cancel your order with or without notifying you of the reason for the cancellation and this case there will be a full refund of the value paid.
It is recommended that you use the size chart on the product page when selecting your size.
