The leg close exercise helps you lose thigh fat. With the tension you get while lifting your legs, you’re losing fat in the thigh.

How to do leg close exercise?

To do this exercise, lie down on your back with both legs lifted in the air maintaining a 90° level to the ground.

 Slowly spread your legs forming a V-shape as wide as possible.

You’re to do this until you feel the tension in both legs.

Slowly close your legs back together still upright to the ground.

Return to starting position and repeat this 10-20 times.
